Anyone know anything about hypnotism and training? Sounds like a good way to sike yerself out in preparation for an intense workout. Anyone try this before? Results?

i heard somewhere that weak willed individuals are the only ones who can actually be hypnotized the way we think hypnotism works.
it is more a state of mind than anything...if you really want to get a mental edge in lifting, breathing, and overall motivation then try yoga...definitely a worthwhile experience.
