Do any of you guys use resistance bands, I think they are great.in my routine I do chin ups then go straight into press ups using my resistance band (push pull) great workout. They are brilliant for press ups. You can get all different strengths of resistance 50kg 60kg,70kg so on ect, they're really cheap on eBay £5,bargain, thought I'd spread the word. great to use after you have finished benchpress or as an addition to your chest workout.
