    Training while on AAS

    Hi! All you wonderful iron beast! Lol
    So am new but I have been training for 9 years I got my body from 140lbs 5"9 to 180. Now after research and help from you guys I am taking test cypionate .. 250x2week
    My question is since AAS helps you recover quicker.... How should I train???

    Here's my routine please help me find the best way to gain mass, bulk
    Monday chest/bi
    Tuesday off
    Wends back/tris
    Thurs legs
    Fri off
    Sat shoulder/delts
    Sun off
    9-12 sets per body part intense and 8-10 reps
    1 minute to 1/1 min rest in between
    Please if any of you guys have experience using test and working out what can I expect And it's this good??? Thank you

    You will get stronger and recover faster. So to maximise your gains, make sure you lift heavier and squeeze out every last rep. Increase weights again as soon as you can.

    There is still a risk of injury. So dont get sloppy with your form as you lift heavier.

    I prefer chest tris and back and bis just because they go hand in hand inevitably.. Also like an arm day later in the week. But find out what works best for you and do it, thats just what I've found makes my muscles respond the best. ALthough i do switch it up all the time.
