Question Should I modify my workout on my first PH cycle?

I will be starting my first PH cycle in a few weeks. I will be taking RPN Havoc (Epistane clone) for 30 days. I have spent a year researching it, while working out naturally. I don't need PH related advice, rather I would like to know if I should increase my workouts? Of course I will be increasing my reps considerably, but as far as rest time goes - I typically take 2 days off to rest. I work out every 3 days. I only do upper body.

During my 30 day PH cycle, should I do my workout every other day? Or maybe even every day?

    Thank you.

You should most certainly stay away from PH.

Instead of doing everything in one session like I do now and taking 2 days off in between, maybe I should isolate muscle groups daily; chest, arms, shoulders and back - workout everyday and take no more than one day off per week for rest?

I am going to be doing this, regardless of if I get the direction I'm after here or not. I understand I do not workout like the rest of you, which is why I was asking. I suppose maybe I should do some google searching, however, I didn't think I was all that off base with what I am doing - my upper body workout every three days, as lame as it may sound to you, has been working great for me. I just want to get a little help now that I've gotten strong. Here is my before and after pic as of now. I did this in 4 months without supplements or PH. I don't agree that I am someone who should "most certainly stay away from PH". I wanted to do it a year ago and jump right into it. That's when I first joined this site. I chose to take the time to research PH, cycle support, PCT and SERM and to workout naturally for a while instead to be safe. I think I should have earned a bit of respect by now for not being a clown like so many others that jump right into it. I am not that guy.

A little searching around did me well. There are some great threads here. Baseline's Power/Hypertrophy Routine looks great. I also learned that indeed, rest is important - so that answers my question. I will take 2 days off if I stick with what I am doing.

That's amazing progress for 4 months! Why not just keep doing what you're doing? It's obviously working and working quite well. You may want to add cardio in your off days. Otherwise just keep up the great progress you've been making naturally.

PH's are generally discouraged as they don't offer the same advantages as AAS and their disadvantages are more numerous and more pronounced.

Good luck in whatever you decide.

I wasn't trying to imply anything negative. My post was genuine and meant to be only positive in nature.

I know! Thanks. I was referring to Turkish. I got defensive thinking he was knocking me. Rather, maybe he was knocking PH - or my choice to use PH.
