I hope I am reading sarcasm in these post. Not impressed in the least. Yeah bicep LOOK good but I wonder how much is synthol? 90% of his curls are 1/4 movement.
I'm even less impressed that ever other word is Motherfvckin this or sh1t that.

Point taken. Had no idea about the record and yes there is a time and place for 1/4 movements. I didnt realize that about synthol and loosing vascularity.
I guess Ill try watching a couple more videos but with the volume turned off. I have no problem with bad language once in a while or where it seems fitting but it just seemed over the top.
I still aint gona train arms every day.... lol
Sometimes you have to read in-between the lines also. He says the 1st 1 1/2 years when he went to the gym he trained arms every day. He doesnt say that is the right way to do it or how he does it now. Most all of us when we were younger can say something like that but in reality we trained improperly. I use to train 6x a week, 2hrs a day. That is one of the main reasons along with diet I didnt get big. I use to train the same muscle group at least 3x a week. You have to have time to rest and heal or you dont grow.Last edited by lovbyts; 03-26-2013 at 03:36 AM.

LoL thanks, yes I do try to have an open mind and not be blinded by being set in my ways or small minded. I can definatly be swayed with logic....
Yeah I understand and it does get boring watching the same thing over and over or the pros who are influenced by sponsors.
Ok I'm going to yell at my biceps tomorrow. LoL

Funny shit. However, message his definitely comes across. Once you get past all the muthafukkas. Stop having excuses and get your ass in the gym. Don’t ever begin your training by setting time limits on your routine. Always work your ass off and only stop after you have given your all. To many people set limits, they give up because something is "to hard" or "their tired" and than wonder why they dont succeed.

Omg after I had an argument with someone trying to tell me I 'overtrain' juss cuz I went 9 times one week.
My answer
Overtraining is an excuse used by lazy bastards who can't be assed to put the effort in. Haha

Wrong ...
" Overtraining is an excuse used by lazy bastards who can't be assed to put the effort in"
When you train very hard and do not allow enough time for recovery you are over training. When you train extremely hard, and a more intense than your body is used to handling you can reach over train and not promote max growth. I have reached over training when I was young , 80's (sorry Lunk, a story) I reached where even two days off wasn't cutting it. My muscle soreness was hanging in and to sore for the next rotation4 day later. I was constantly and consistently, endlessly fatigued. Never felt rested, not ready to hit the gym for days. I learned the symptoms and at 61 It is happening again. I can't keep up with myself. NO EXCUSE.......crazy mike

Trust me. I don't under train. In the last year alone I've advanced more than anyone at my gym. And that's by the staffs words. Now I'm advancing but dropping bit of bf now so slowing up. But. I know I gotta do it. Sitting happy at 110kg. N gained even more strength in all areas n dropped to 106kg. (Hate hate hate dropping weight. But as long as my strength keeps going up for now I couldn't give to ****s)
Oh n it sounds a lot. But I'll do a main muscle group n if I font do a corresponding secondary muscle group straight off. I'll eat. Rest. Then hit afresh meaning I can go heavier than if pre exhausted. But 5 days a week with sat/sun off. Ensuring ample time n rest repair for each group.
But. That's just what personally works for me.
