Do you always train hard when on cycle?

hi guys, just wanted to ask if you always train like a mad dog when on cycle or do you schedule soft training here and there or maybe one week of easy training every 4weeks? I just wanted to know what you do?

Don't get me wrong, I do train hard, but I admit that sometimes (max twice a month) I feel like doing pus.y taining.

I train like a mad dog every session. Myself I'd just rather take another rest day than waste efforts on a easy session. That's just me mind. We all have different methods

I know what you mean, that's why I train 7 days a week.

Think about it this way mate...

most of us train hard all year long. I know i do.

I try to keep my diet relateively clean and my routines progressive.

    But here';s the thing.

I was natty, more or less (discounting the PH Andro) for the first 40 years of my life.

But when I cycle, not only do i try to double down my focus/determination, i have one additional challange.....

... I can't go balls out going heavy. I need to keep the weight well below my 1RM, and instead focus on keeping the reps up high.

For an old bull like me, punching out 25+ reps for a major muscle group is very taxing. From a cardio standpoint.

I've been hitting it fairly hard with three days on and one day off for the last six months or so. Before that, i've been fairly constant with other protocols for the prior 4 years.

    My point is this.

Why would you take AAS if you were not willing to give serious effort to this development catalyst, especially to justify offsetting the sides?

I have never ran a cycle. I train my ass off every rep of every set of every exercise everytime I step in the gym.
