    Calf question

Just realized my calves aren't in proportion. The inside part is quite a bit bigger than the outside, does this make sense? What way can you position your toes to work the outside? Or am I just tripping

It boils down to genetics, so I wouldn't say you are tripping

You can position your feet in a certain way in order to be able to hit the outside part more while training. Make sure your toes are faced towards each other while performing your calve press exercises.

Ya ? Keep em forward when Isolating the calves? My calves have gotta big lately, probably due to the fact Ive been using the stepper a lot for cardio, they just seem to be growing more on one side, but like you said I guess its genetics. Cant complain to much I guess atleast they are growin!
    Thanks for the reply TJ

Pointing the toes in hits the outer calves and pointing the toes out hits the inner calves. This is really only true when performing standing and donkey calf raises. Even then, you can't totally shift emphasis to inner vs. outer calves. Genetics do play large role in calf development. However, through proper training one can always work around genetics.
