so when i train natural i like to hit each muscle group only once per week however when i cycle i hit a couple muscle groups twice
next cycle is 650mg test a week with 600mg deca a week
here is my workout split.
monday: chest & tris
tuesday: back n bis
wednesday: legs
thursday:delts & traps
friday: arms
saterday: legs
i want to target my arms at least twice in 1 week so how does this look ?
