1. deads ( This is a must )
2. lat pull downs or pull ups
3. bent over rows

T-bars
wide grip chins
good mornings
Deadlift
Rows(of any type)
Pullups(of any type)
Thats all you need. you can even vary that by using different forms of the exercise.
Deadlift- Sumo, Regular, Stiff-leg OR you could substitute with Standing or Seated Goodmornings OR even Hyperextensions.
Rows- Dumbell, Bent-over barbell, T-Bar, Chest Supported T-Bar, Seated Cable, etc
Pullups- Wide Pronated Grip, Medium Supinated Grip, Close Semi-Supinated Grip In my opinion these are the best types of pullups to do
