Personally, I would do forearms with back, bic, but thats up to you. Looks ok to me.
I think you should just work your abs and forearms into the end of your workouts like abs with legs and forearms with your back and bies
You need to try and do squats or deads .Is there a reason you are not doing them?If you can do them I would put those in for sure .:D
for sure i am doing them my best workout is squat(i like to do it for my ego :D )but now it is been 2 weeks i am not doing squats coz i teared a muscle and i should wait 1 more week and for the deadlifts i do them once every 10 days coz i feel they overtrain my back if i do them every weekQuote:
