Thread: first cycle workout help?

    My first cycle. Test cyp. 200mg a week on my third week now. My. Current workout is one off of bodybuilding.com its called Jim Stopani 12 weeks to size. My question is, is this workout sufficient or should I be doing more? Thanks for the help guys! Also would like to add that I've been lifting for 7 years. Any suggestions would be great!
