Thread: first cycle workout help?

My first cycle. Test cyp. 200mg a week on my third week now. My. Current workout is one off of bodybuilding.com its called Jim Stopani 12 weeks to size. My question is, is this workout sufficient or should I be doing more? Thanks for the help guys! Also would like to add that I've been lifting for 7 years. Any suggestions would be great!

Because my job tests for juice so I had to go to a trt doc for a prescription. Haven't been back yet since my new blood work so I'm not sure if he will let me go any higher or not.

Its just a low dose for a cycle but for trt not low. The best results I find are from mixing up workouts and trying to change up how you hit each muscle every week.

Well I think this workout does that for the most part but the only thing it trains more than once a week is abs and calves. Is that OK or should I be training everything more?

Post the workout not just the name of it. That way members will be able to give you the best advice.

So this really isn't a cycle at all as you have been prescribed TRT which, for most people, is for the rest of your life.in fact, it's likely that your 200mg pw will be reduced, depending on bloodwork.
I too would like to see this workout in detail and I'd also like to know how much cardio you are, hopefully, doing?NO SOURCES GIVEN
