    Good stuff. Do you guys write everything down? I find it not too difficult to remember weights and reps once I get into a routine...

    If u can remember then go for it....

    Just track your big lifts....

    I'd do a few mini cycles... I.e. a few cycles of increasing the weight per exercise and then rotate to another big lift....
