    Arms??

    What's everyone idea on arms.
    Do use superset tris/bis
    Or train tris then bis?

    Like ever other muscle group you have to mix it up. Find what works for you and stick with it for a couple of months then change.

    ^^x2. I've used drop sets, burn sets, whatever might throw a change at the muscle. And often it takes away any workout monotony I might be feeling.

    I agree with Lovbyts. I only directly train them once a week. I train biceps indirectly with back. Triceps get trained indirectly with pressing movements. When I perform work arms I perform antagonistic supersets.

    I have to absolutely destroy biceps 2x week to get them sore.

    Yeah Yeah I have been yelling at mine since watching the video. I'm not sure if they are listening or not.

    You have to draw ears on them. They seem to listen better that way.
