    Assuming you mean training....

I prefer weight training at night after work....

I do however enjoy the feeling of doing cardio in the AM before work.... Wakes you up and you feel really good for doing it.... Kind of a high...

After work, I just change clothes, workout then go home and shower, before work No because you would either have to take another shower or put your work clothes on sweaty.

I enjoy both working out before work and working out after work. I like doing it before work because I can leave all my problems bleeding under the weight stacks. I go into the gym stressed and weighed down by everyday life. I come out feeling lighter and ready to conquer the world. It’s better than therapy. I work 12 to 16 hr. shifts so working out after helps me to focus my mind and relax.

Not really. I work for the hospital and my contract only has me scheduled to work 12hr Fri and Sat total of 24hrs but I get paid for 40. I always work 16hr both days I figure I’m already there might as well work 4hrs over. In two days I get 40hr regular and 8hr over. Since I’m only scheduled to work two days I usually work overtime. It depends on how bad scheduling needs people and they have to be offering double or more per hour. I usually work one to three 12 hr. days extra per week at double or more. Nursing keeps you busy but it is not physically demanding work.

Now that I work 1st shift I prefer after because I don't want to wake up ridiculously early. But when I worked nights I liked to before work. I'm antsy until I hit the gym so I like to get in there early when possible.

My preference would be not to work at all, and train sometime in the afternoon but since we need to make money so the world goes round, I personally train after work.

After a heavy lifting session, I don't want to do anything but shower, eat and knock the f*** out.

Yeah. This. I love morning cardio. I'm currently doing everything in the AM. I miss the late night vascularity, it's just not all there in the a.m. but hey... I feel good through the day.

I actually don't mind it, given the right job. I think work is a great time moderator and gives a good sense of fulfillment of you enjoy it.

I think early morning cardio or a light strength session is incredible for waking up. Gets tyre blood pumping and a great way to start your day

I train 6.00am as soon as the gym opens before work. There's hardly any body in there posing and leaving weights all over the floor. Absolute bliss.
