    Abs are not getting sore much anymore?

    I notice that My abs tend to not get sore if I work them our 3 times a week. If I take a week off and work them out they get really sore to the point that I dont need to work them out for like 2-3 days. Can some one give me any tips on what works better and how many days does everyone work them out a week?

    Also how many minutes do you work them out?

    You have to change your routine, reps, sets up.

    Abs are beaches they get used to same stuff very quick.

    I was looking up at some good advice about working abs as any other muscle part. Also keeping body fat low to make them pop out a lil more.

    You need to use additional weight to attain your goal while doing crunches, sit ups etc.

    Same goes for obliques.
