    lagging left bicep question

    Hello everyone I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on bringing my left bicep to the size of my right one. I was thinging of adding an extra 2 sets for my left arm, do yall think this will do. Any help is appreciated.

    start picking up and putting all of your plates away with your left arm

    do dumbells for curls for a while to make sure that your right isn't cheating for your left

    NO! Don't do that. Your muscle structure is much more complicated than that and when you start traiing them differently you can not only have a problem with size but also function.

    And like withoutd0ubt said - make sure you are not favoring one side - form, form, form. It's not how much you lift but how you lift it.

    Use more dumbells - iso lateral.
