    Proportionality.

Is there any type of guideline or "formula" for muscle group ratios? In other words, what would the measurents be for someone who is 6 foot tall with a mesomorph type body type? Not looking for what he could max out at but more along the lines of if he had, say, 18.5" arms what should the rest of his body measure (give or take) so as to look aesthetically proportionate. I hope this makes sense!

No formula. Everyone is different and have strength and weaknesses allover. Best way is to find someone that has the stats you'd like. Make that a goal and focus on symmetry.

I tried googling and can't find the term but there is a mathematical "perfect Aesthetic". The statue of David is of this ratio.

Never thought of using the golden ratio for the body. I use it all the time out in the workshop. No reason not too though! I just want to end up looking "right" if you know what I mean. Of course that means my chicken legs have got to go.... lol. But from what I hear working the legs makes everything else grow. It'll be like a bonus for the puking!
