    good programme ? each bodypart twice a week !!!

    okay so natural i train 4 days a week starting third cycle of 700mg deca and 650mg test and this is how my training is probally going to go
    day 1:chest & back
    day 2: legs
    day 3: arms delts
    day 4: rest
    then repeat so 3 days on 1 day of, my main area that needs work is my arms so guessing this will work quite well ?

    Day 1 Legs,shoulder
    day 2 Back,biceps
    day 3 Chest,Triceps
    Day 4 Rest
    Repeat.

    thats basically what im doing now apart from mon/wed/fri i just wanted to dedicate a day purelly to arms as after chest i cant push my tri's so hard and some for back and also after legs i wont be able to train shoulders as im completely drained

    I work my muscles in the groups they are assigned, aka pushing, pulling and legs.

    Mon - Chest, Shoulder, Tri
    Tuesday - Back, Bi, Forearm
    Wednes - Leg

    rest 2 days then repeat.

    I do my heavy compund lifts at the start of each workout to shock a higher HGH response out of my body. Then I alternate my muscle groups such as on monday for example -

    Bench, Military Press, Push Downs, Incline DB Press, Lat Rasies, Skull crushers, Flyes, Shoulder DB Press.

    That way on tuesday my pulling muscles are untouched and ready to rock.

    I dont bother sticking to a 7 day week, i just do 3 days on 2 days off

    I'm still on a 3:1 protocol. Inspired by StPete, it's a great workout.

    However, for an older bull like me, it really taxes my CNS....

    ....Sometimes, I'm just freaking pooped!

    I have no clue how you can train chest and back together, being larger, taxing muscle groups, and effectively annihilate your back. Visit the lounge and read "Marcus's Diary" for some modern training techniques that may really help you. Especially with what you're running.
