    knees near/almost in front

    of toes on squats.

They dont pass but they come close to crossing. Someone stopped me the other day. Doesnt look nearly as good as I do but its in my head that maybe my form is a little off. Cant be too proud right?

So I am getting difference of opinions. I have bad knees and an ankle that had major surgery so its not out of the question that I may have adjusted my form to keep from putting too much stress on these parts of my body.

My body feels as if I move any further back I am going to fall as I tried to correct after he made that comment.

    Check this YouTube channel out:

    Jim McDonald - YouTube

You'll find vids of some of the strongest and best powerlifters in the US squatting in here.

When in doubt, I say always look at what the most successful people are doing and attempt to emulate.

My knees go past my toes quite often but it also depends on the squat you are doing. I do low bar squats from starting strength which is taight by Mark Rippetoe. Here is his squat intro video.
