FST-7 tends to do more harm than good for you unless you are a pro.
What does that mean???
More good? So should give it a go?
FST-7 was developed by Hany Rambod who trains lifters with pro cards and his system, which is a combination of HVT and HIT, solely appeals to those who live the pro lifestyle and stay on gear as well as peptides all year around, not to mention multiple physiotherapy sessions every week.
FST-7 is very hard on joints & ligaments and in my experience, it will inevitable lead to degenerative issues in certain areas such as knees, elbows and etc.
There are many alternative workout routines for the average amateur lifter where the benefit to risk ratio is higher IMO.
Excellent info thanks, I know all about it and its origins etc but didn't know the risks as you mentioned.
Would you recommend something like Chris gethins DTP system instead?
I am just needing a cage my split is becoming boring and my gains have slowed down.
Just checked out PHAT split looks interesting gunna give it a shot. Thanks
I'm a big fan of DTP
Buy into it? I haven't purchased anything. I don't go to bb.com. I found it though a fitness writer and I've have fantastic results by using the principal. Couple people at my gym have tried it and they said it was one of the toughest workouts they've ever done.
There are a million ways to "get fit" what works for one might not work for another. Dramatic transformation principal works very well for my goals.
