Do you guys do fasted cardio on leg day? What about the day after? I'm on a 4 on 1 off split but I would ideally like to do fasted cardio 5-6x a week. Looking for the best way to go about doing this.

I wouldn't. Just do your cardio after lifting.
I wouldn't do fasted cardio the day of legs. I would do it after.
Why do have to eat immediately after lifting and then again an hour later?
Just do it post workout that day..... Or any other day for that matter
I don't do cardio at all on leg day. I'm too spent (probably mostly mental) after working legs so I just use leg day as my off day for cardio.
If you are able to run 4 miles after legs then you are def not hitting them hard at all
Sometimes after legs I will do the stepper and drive down with my calves at a very slow pace
Once I am done with legs, I walk on the treadmill at around 120bpm for 20 min, which is apparently just about the right amount of time required for neutralizing inflammation that occurs while lifting.
I benefit from this on different levels too: it certainly eases delayed onset muscle soreness, most likely because of the increased steady blood circulation in the area, which also significantly increases the pace & quality of recovery in my experience.
I don't normally consider 20min of rather slow walking on the treadmill cardio; however, in the case of leg day, it serves many purposes as explained above.
....
I do fasted A.M. cardio. That means the soonest I run after leg day is about 16 hours later. Also, I haven't been running the day of or the day after leg day, my question is if I'm being too cautious or not as I'd like to up my cardio. I'm currently lifting on a 4/1 split.
