Finished My Tren @ 400 a week and Test Cyp @ 250 a week 3 weeks ago. Currently hitting Test Cyp 250 once a week and 60mgs of Anavar daily.
Kind of cruising I guess.
At the end of my cycle I got hit with my yearly round of cluster headaches and did nothing for almost 3 weeks. I lost some of my gains, but definitley put back on some fat.
My Diet is what it is, very clean and organic. I do not count things, but keep it clean and eat when I feel i need to.
How does my routine look?
Should I add or Take anything out?

Friday/Legs
40 Min Stairmill Fasted
Squat 4 sets
Leg Press 3 sets
DB Walking Lunges 3 sets
Leg Extension 3 sets
Calves Standing and Donkey Raises 3 sets each
Saturday/Arms
Close Grip Bench 3 sets
BB Curls 3 sets
Skulls 3 sets
DB Supinated Curls 3 sets
Dips BW 3 sets
Hammer Curls 3 sets
Rope Pushdowns 3 sets
2 sets of Chins
