Now keep it up for a couple of years...How can i do to remove lower belly fat - lower your overall bf%. buy some calipers for $25. continue with the cardio, reduce your caloric intake. do you know your TDEE? how much below that is your caloric intake?
Since im on Keto do i need a carb up day? if so what can i eat that day without ruining it. - I don't do intermittent or keto cycling. Sorry, I get too grumpy if I don't get my carbs when I lift.
