What more can i do?
Hi, I'm a male 26 yrs 5' 10" i started to diet and workout 2 weeks ago my starting weight was 230 lbs, I started the Keto diet and i haven't cheated once. " though tempted very much." I'm also taking OxyElite Pro "Original Formula" like suggested in the package. I do my 30 minute cardio and sweat like a pig, I work out mon-sat 10-15 reps per muscle. its now 2 weeks in and i lost 24 lbs im 206. I look and feel much much better i have way more muscle definition. here are my questions.
What more can i do?
How can i do to remove lower belly fat
Since im on Keto do i need a carb up day? if so what can i eat that day without ruining it.
