best workout to do on cycle !!!
okay so im started my cycle today so im going to up my training to 6 days a week n here goes
mon: chest & tris
tues: back n bi's
wed: legs
thurs: shoulder n tri's
fri: back n bi's
sat: legs
my main area i want to work on is my back and arms so does this look good for my goal ?

I do a similar routine, so i'll go three days on and one day off, thereby hitting every body part twice a week, more or less. I've been doing this since november. the concern i have for myself, is that I may not be getting the diversity i need to fully hit each muscle group. I'm thinking of doing a five day split one month, and then a 3:1 protocol the next, just to vary things up a bit....
...still thinking about it though.

I'm just switched to EOD training. Each muscle group is hit every 9 days.
