hey guys some of you may have read my other post about starting to lose weight, i just joined a gym and want to start hitting it 3-4 times a week and do cardio 4-5 times a week also.
however i haave no clue what muscle groups i should do or what exercises to do as im just starting out. if someone has a program i can go by or just any tips i can find helpful would be greatly appreciated!!!!
