Been on my cut cycle for eight weeks, have dropped an average of 1.5 lbs for those eight weeks. Last week, due to strength decrease I went back on Creatine, upped my cardio to five days (40) minutes and dropped my caloric intake to 11 X bodyweight (.7 grams of Carbs, 1.5 grams of Protien, and 50 grams fat). The result, I actually gained 1 lb. My question to all is, did the creatine add that much water that quick or did I go too low on calories and stop my metabolism? I appreciate your thoughts.
