Gaining Exceptionally Fast!
Hey Everyone!
Stats:
5ft 8
180lbs
15-20%bf
Hey everyone in January 2013 i was 155lbs and now im 180lbs
So ive put on 25lbs in 6 months while decreasing in bodyfat percentage without the use of aas.
I train hard 5 days a week
Monday
Chest Triceps Abs
Tuesday
Back Biceps
Wednesday
Shoulders Traps Abs
Thursday
Arms
Friday
Legs
I eat a 3000kcal per day diet
200g Protein
350g Carbs
110g Fat
The results im having are amazing in January my arms were 13" they are now 14.5". I think ill be hitting 15.5 by the end of the year
i do really high volume training so a average workout will last 90-120mins and will consist of about 35 sets. i train in the 8-10 rep range and often go beyond failure.
Just thought id share this with you guys

You're at your peak and seem to have everything in order to lay a strong foundation should you wish to use AAS in the future...keep up the good work!

yeah ive been advised to add another 15-20lbs and wait a year or two before using aas, thanks for the kind words!

If you have the genetics for it when you first start lifting the muscle just seems to grow overnight. Keep up the great work! I'd wait a bit longer before using those steroids . Say mid-twenties.

Great job keep up the awesome work. However I would not want you to be improperly advised like you have been. If you put on 20 pounds by next year 19 or 20 is a bad time to start aas. You can find 1,000 articles on why this is true. I would advise you keep up the great work and if you are ready at 25 for aas go for it. But not before then.

Awesome gains.
Stay away from the gear like all have said until your mid 20's at least and keep up the intensity.
Track your workouts and your measurements, if you aren't already. I recently found my first workout log and had a good laugh at my 155x4 bench press.
