    Abs

    How often do you train abs? Everyday, every other or once a week? Lately I've been doing one or two ab exercises at the end of my workout. I've heard that abs recover quickly so you can do them everyday. I'm just wondering I that's true and how often can you train them without over training

    Honestly i haven't trained abs in 4 years. For me abs are made in the kitchen. I keep then tight with every exercise and that seems to be enough

    I train them when they aren't sore, and feel like I can give em a good workout.
    Hanging leg raises, windshield whipers, any variation of a hanging leg raise is all I really use anymore. And vacuums
