Lol. Half of what they talk about is so broadly stated its basically b0llocks. I mean. They say runners look pallid because they're breathing in crappy air???. Toxic fumes. Lol. We don't all live in the city. N extreme runners I believe suffer from a form of malnutritional deficit for so long that some essential amino acids end up being taken from other parts of the body. But that's an extreme. Way too broad a write up
