Hi everyone. I am new to anabolics. I have done proho halodrol before with great success and have been just building off of that since which was about two years ago. I have been lifting consistently and have tried many different routines and techniques in efforts to put on size and then routines for solely strength. All have worked but now every extra lb of mass or weight lifted is extremely hard earned. Which is why I am looking to start a cycle of test. Now I am just looking to hear some suggestions for stuff I havent tried yet. I have done 4-5 daybsplits for the most of my years. Usually doing
Mon: chest/bi or tris ( switch it up every couple months)
Tues: Legs (have thrown in arms here sometimes as well leaving chest day all chest)
Wed: usually off
Thurs: Shoulders/Traps
Fri: Back
I have also done two a week powerlifting routines
Mon:upper body (always rotating excerises every couple of week)
Tues: lower body
Wedff
Thurs: upper body
Fri:lower body
Sat +Sun: off
With the previous routine I would do heavy first half of week and form training the next half.
I have done various intensity boosting techniques (drop sets, supersets, negatives etc) once a week every month and rotate training days and body parts (chest thurs. and legs fri) so I have really tried a lot of things. So if theres something you guys can suggest it would be great. Thanks all
