Sets & Reps for Massive Size!

Hi just wondering what the best sets & reps are for gaining the most size. I have bin told that low reps with high weight is the way to go but now have bin seeing and hearing higher reps will do the trick like 10-15 is better than 3-6(or 7 & 8 ) just wondering if any body can show me some proof that higher reps are better ( or lower reps which ever one is correct ) for putting on that Kali muscle size and if you don't know who that is then google him haha and you will see what I mean!

6 reps is usually for stength 10 - 12 is for cut 8 reps is good for size and cut so stick with 8 and always use the amount of weight that your going to struggle with on those last 2 reps.

Agreed... But don't forget to change it up after a while to keep the muscles guessing.

5 and less builds more strength, 8-12 is more for hypertrophy, but remember gains are made in the kitchen, without eating the right amount of food doesn't matter what your doing in the gym.
