Cycle and training routine? Hyperthrophy, strenght? Or both
Just wondered that If I wanted to get the maximum muscle growth out of my upcoming cycle, would It be best to do a full blown hypertrophy routine ALOT of sets and reps? Or would it be better to kinda mix hypertrophy and strenght together?
Really wanna hear you guys opinion on this, and what are your personal experiences with this?

Keep mixing your routines and try slow reps with a lighter weight and not forgetting to change the width you grip the barbell which will also benefit you.
