Just looking for some suggestions on a workout routine for a first cycle. 3, 4, 5 day split or full body or strength training or something else and supporting commentary and links. Not running a cycle in the near near future but want to see what suggestions are out there. Lots of good knowledge in this forum and I'm looking to expand mine. Thanks.

You really need to be bedded into a routine and be making good steady gains before you start a cycle....

Good routine. 5 day split of both hypertrophy and strength. Thanks for the suggestion. What are your feelings in 5 days splits like chest, back, arms, shoulders, and legs? http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/ryan...g-program.html
I dumbed the above routine into a 4 day split and kept the max reps at 12 (as a few are at 15 reps) and really liked the routine. (Just the routine, wasn't even thinking of trying that crazy diet as I'm not 300lbs of lean mass lol). Thoughts?
