    Looking for strength

Been back at it for a while now and am wondering if anyone has any tips or links to good strength building exercises, specifically grip, forearm and bi tri strength. Been using fat grips and love them just wanting some more info to mash together

I'd recommend spending some time on Mark Bell's YouTube Channel

do all your deadlifts and pulls with a hook grip, suicide grip if you really really want to focus on grip strength. strength is also built with the repetitions and sets, not always with the exercises. but you will probably benefit from reverse and normally gripped pullups, weighted if possible

Here's some things that I do for grip/forearm/bi's

    Grip:
    1. I do everything with my fat gripz. pullups, rows, shrugs, etc...
    2. hold a 16lb pound shotput (palm facing floor)
    3. Eagle Loops - These are from Iron minds, and designed for finger pullups.
    4. hand grippers.
    Forearm:
    1. Mainly I i do alot of wrist curls from all angles.
    2. Also i do wrist rolls with a 3" pvc and weights hanging
    3. Plus, when you use your fat grips, the forearms will get stronger.
    Biceps:
    1. Fat grips on everything.
    2. hammer curls, and palm up curls on the preacher bench (Single hand)
    3. Fat grips on the rope, and do curls
    4. Plate curls will hurt like hell, but give it a shot!

Here's just a few things i do, that help me with armwrestling.

I like to let my grip open right up on the palm up wrist curls. Really gets your grip going. Forces a stretch too.

True, but it's hard for my tiny ass hands to do when I already have that 2.75" fat grip on there. lol

Lol. You'll be fine. N surprised how far u can "roll" the weight down n up ur fingers on each rep. As long as u don't use a thick bar anyway. I prefer dumbbell some prefer barbell. I do dumb so its exactly right weight on each wrist n suitable break in between so don't need to stop. Plus my wrists can follow their natural movement unlike a barbell thru both hands

Damn, you know what?? I kept thinking you were tallking about a palm up bicep curl...BUT, you mean a standard wrist curl (I just re-read your line.)

I know exactly what you mean! I let the dumbbell kinda roll to my finger tips, then back to hand and perform the wrist curl. You are right...sh*t works!
