Take on Abs
Ok ladies and gents, when it comes to Abs, do you people see more results every other day, smoking them once or 2x a weeek or abs every day. I smoked them on Thursday, today I can feel em..not to sore though. Hit em again today. Im 185 6ft around 7% body fat. I have nice abs just looking for some knowledge. I have abs cause I eat clean...im looking for some level 10 abs.

I started with once a week and am now doing twice/week. Twice weekly seems to be about right for me but you want ultimate abs so not sure what to tell you. They are a muscle and do need rest to grow so how much is too much?

do not forget posterior muscles, crunches without doing any back development will result in muscle imbalance.
weights over head are great core workouts, so are squats. ive maintained a six pack for two years now without any training. doing snatches and squats before is all the core development i needed, appropriate diet doesnt hurt either
