Chances are that even if you get CUT as hell you are still going to have a big ass. Its shape your genetics has delt you. The only thing that I can say is that if you chose biking as your choice of cardio then mabe you could clean up the hamstring-glute area. It worked for me in a month and a half.
Dont feel so bad........women dig BIG BUTTS. The discovery channel dictates that our primordial instincts tell women that just by looking at men with large rumps that we can have more "Thrust" power during procreation activities.

I got a huge butt when it comes to the rest of my body. Makes my ham string look tiny. But its hard as a rock. My girlfriend says she loves it so i guess its cool. Plus it fills out the pants. It got that way from my leg workouts. So just hit it hard when in the gym.
thanx for the replies guys. yeah im always gonna have a big ass, no question about that. i would like to make it a little smaller if i can, and i know i can cause its a lotta junk. lotta muscle too, but i can still get rid of some of that fat. ill try the biking. any other exercises u guys reccomend??? i cant really do squats cause i have bad knees. but i can do various other forms of leg presses? any suggestions? thanx again-id like to get myself a hard ass too.

and another thing...if u do harcore leg workouts...when can u ever find a moment to do biking??? wont u always be sore in those regions?
Yea biking will hit it. Theres a really good movement to hit the ass. Its hard to describe. Go to a cable cross over. Move the pully to the floor. Get some kind of hand strap that you can put your foot in. Face the cable and hold on to the mechine. But your foot in the strap. Push your foot out as far as you can in back of you. Repeat that. Did that make any sence?

how often should i bike?? i work legs once a week (tuesdays), when during the week should i boke based on my leg workout schedule?
i would do it in the middle of your two leg days.
so if its every tuesday
like friday, sat, and sunday

Dont do the Bike the day before or the day off your leg day. If you are too sore after the leg work out then give it a days rest after. You will have at least 3 good days at least to chose from for your bike ride......dont sit on the seat too much try to stay off of it on a good sprint or coast.
