so im on cycle training 5/6 days a week about an hour per session and im smashing it, heres my session but wondering if im doing too much for legs ????
monday:chest/bi's
tuesday:back/tri's
wednesday:legs (light)
thursday:shoulders/bi's
friday:back/tri's
saterday:legs (heavy)
so my first leg session i do 10 sets of 10 with 50kg on squats, try and smash it in under 20 minutes, some leg extensions etc etc legs are absoluly ****ed and can barelly move after this session altho im going rather light. second leg session is when i push the weight do 5 sets of 5 on leg press which i get up to 420kg for last set, 4 sets of 3 reps on squats and 4 sets leg extensions of about 5 reps with some calves in at the end. not doing too much no ????
