    Train and steroids

    How should i train during use steroids ?
    How many exercise for ( leg - chest - back - delts - biceps - triceps - shrugs - calves - forarms - abs ) ?
    How many sets should i do ?
    and
    How can i solve this problem [e.g.] : my right delt is bigger than the left !

    Train the same as you would without steroids. There's no need to change anything. Just be careful not to overestimate your strength as you can easily damage connective tissue from the strength gains.

    You can train more often, better recovery ON CYCLE.

    Delt problem - use dumbbells

    without steroids i train ,
    5 exercise for chest
    5 for back
    5 for legs
    5 for delts
    4 for biceps and triceps
    2 for shrugs and calves and forarms

    is this good ?

    do you mean dumbbells for press and front raise and side raise ?

    More reps and/or more weight. That's why you would use the dumbbells so you can work them individual of the stronger/bigger muscle...

    I will often start my db exercises (read almost always) with my left arm because I am right arm dominant. If I only do 9 reps with the left arm then that's what I do with the right arm even though I can do more (usually 2-3 more reps) so I don't end up with a considerably bigger right bicep/tricep/delt etc... At least this is how I approach it. Someone else may have a better way to do it.
