new 4 day split...question on timing

Ok here is my new four day split. Comig up with this split to co-inside with a carb cycling diet. The days off from the gym during the week is really cant be changed. So would like some help setting up my days so I can get enough rest between body parts.

    Days:
    Monday-gym night
    tues- morning gym
    wed- morning gym
    thurs- complete day off
    Friday- gym night
    Saturday- morning or off
    Sunday- morning

My split so far looks like this ( Excersises change depending on how busy gym is, but I stick to these movements)

Mon- Legs (squat or press, vsquat or hack, extensions, and two hams)
Tuesday- Chest/bi's ( chest will be two press and one fly, bi's will be 2 heavy one iso)
Wed- Might turn this into cardio
    Thursday- off
Friday- Back ( two rows and two pulls, finish with hyper extension, and everyother week replace one pull with deads)
    Sat- Cardio or off
Sunday- Delts and tris (Delts will be one press, two laterals, ad shrugs, tris are two "press" and one pull)

How does resting time look? And I know not in detail but also hows excerises look?

Other question would be ( but might be better in nutrition section) would be when would my one day low carb day be?

    High carbs: legs and back
Moderate: chest, delts, and maybe one cardio?
    Low: other cardio or both

Still trying to figured the diet part out, will be first time carb cycling. Looking to mant weight o bulk and lose BF. So far reading Gbrices thread this is possible with this type of diet.

    Thnk you

Im guessing after a 100 plus views, theres not much to critique. So now I will try to put together a good carb cycle to be critqued.

Yours is similiar to mine in some ways. I've been doing this a couple of weeks now and feel pretty good about it. I usually workout around 1030 or 1100 am.

Monday - legs (including calves). I take Saturday and Sunday off so I am as rested as I will likely get and legs day is my hardest day.

    Tuesday - Chest/abs

    Wednesday - Off

Thursday - Back - My second most demanding day so I do it after a day off.

Friday - Shoulders/arms/calves/abs. Longest day in the gym but not as demanding as legs day. About the same as back day I'd say or even a little less demanding. Probably because they are much smaller muscles.

I do fasted cardio most everyday but if I take a day off it will either be Monday or Tuesday. If I ride Monday morning it is short and easy. Something like 10-12 miles @ 13-15 mph tops. Tuesday just depends how sore my legs are. If I ride it will be 15-20 miles but again at a moderate pace. It seems to help me get over the soreness quicker but I wonder if it hurts my muscle building progress...

I've tried splitting my arms up to push/pull days but never felt like I worked them out so now I just do them together along with shoulders. Hope this helps!
