strength losses after a cycle. questions and advice

I finished an oral only cycle [yea i know, I know] and went from the following below, trouble is now i'm back to what i was pushing when i started. i think my routine switch up after the cycle fuked me. anyways my main question is given the fact that i performed a proper PCT and maintained a decent diet, how would this be different than if i had added an anabolic, like test.

    bench press 155lb 12 reps 3 sets - 180lb 10 reps 3 sets

    military barbell press 115lb 3 sets 12 reps - 135lb 3 sets 10 reps

    squat 185 4 sets 12 reps -225 4 sets 10 reps.

    35 pushups in a row - 50 pushups in a row

i made gains like that throughout my 1 month cycle. now i can only bust out 4 reps for 1 set of 135 on the military and 10 reps of 185 on the bench press. i can still squat 225, but my form starts really sucking

i'm pretty sure i fuked myself because after my DAMN CYCLE I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE GOING CATABOLIC. YOU KNOW WHAT I FUKIN DID; I DID THE GOD DAMNED HUNDREDS PROGRAM. [stupid] THAT'S 1000 COMPOUND AND SIMPLE MOVEMENTS AS FAST AS YOU CAN BUST THEM OUT. I ALWAYS HAD TO BREAK AT 50; i never let myself cruise all the way to 100. i'm back to a strength and growth over endurance program and i believe i'll get back to where i was when i was on cycle because before the cycle i was seeing the same kinds of gains but they were slower.

i work upper and lower body.

im just frustrated because i feel like i have poor muscle maturity, and i don't feel lethal anymore.

i have photos of me in my profile. I've never done true steroid.

Live and learn. I would go on a deload week and then maybe do a strength based routine like 5/3/1 or baseline's power/hypertrophy.

I know people who have never been to the gym who can bench more than you. you should not be losing any strength with those stats. you should be ashamed of yourself.

I suggest you lose the gear and learn how to train and eat properly.

oral only is not the problem. oral only is fine, the problem is you dont know how to eat or train properly. lose the gear and learn the basics 101.

look into phat. except cut the volume down a little.

and eat .35 g of fats. 1 gram of protein per body weight. and fill the rest with carbs.

drink a gallon of water a day. use ON whey protein.

    orange triad as a multi.

look into gear in 2 years when u got ur training and diet down.

what hell are you doing 50 push ups for. thats not enough to stimulate growth. lose the high reps bullshit.

    TWIN: thanks man.

    GMANTHEMAN: thanks to you too.

it's got to be my dedication; i'm must not be dedicated enough to get the development i want. I haven't counted carbs/protein/fat in a long time. i was thinking about trying it out again. i know i won't give up because i know why i'm doing this, but i need to smarten up. i'm being pretty stupid. i may be moving forward, but the pace is agonizingly slow

yes count your macros it is very important. most people eat way to much fat , combined with a bad routine is the reason why they dont get results.

try it out. eat whatever u want, just make sure it fits your macros but try to eat healthy. and hit the macros... and i highly suggest phat. just cut the volume a little bit since your still new.

pm if u have any questions

I will, thanks. yea, you're right; i should keep it down. I've already made myself look like an ass.

I need to learn more about macro balancing. i know i've been eating to many carbs and fat and not enough protein. its like i don't know what the hell i'm doing. i know what's healthy, but i'm not portioning, or eating at the right times. it would help if i learned more about proper portioning, so that i don't over or under think this; i don't want to get fatter than i am, but i also want to keep growing muscle.

also, it would be great if i knew just how much i need to eat. [growing muscle isn't easy for me.] i dont know; seems like i just keep screwing up. if i'm not growing i'm learning and planning and that's the plan.

so i guess i'll base the plan off of and around my required daily protein intake. below is something i found.

i understand that i don't have to get too anal about this, but as long as i stick as close to it as possible i'll see better gains.

daily calories regular: 40%pro/40%car/20%fat (mono and polysaturated fats only)

    bulk: 30p/50c/20f

    cut: 50p/30c/20f

^ what would an AAS version look like?

I want to look like TWIN

i found this routine, says it's PHAT: http://www.thespartanwarrior.com/post/10524563698/phat looks good. all i have to do is take a photo of it; then it's on my phone; and then i can take it to the gym.
