Calves recover quickly and can be trained quite often.
Calves and abs can be trained daily. Doesn't mean they'll grow faster but they can be trained daily.

I've been hitting mine twice a week for a short time and have noticed changes already! For starters when I flex them now they actually do something and even feel kind of firm to the touch. So for me, for now, I'm sticking with this.
