I would just like to know, is it normal to feel your glutes work harder than your calf muscles? I try to train calf's with different exercises, but I seem to feel more tension towards my glutes. Any suggestions is appreciated, thanks.![]()

the calf muscle is one stubborn mutha
where the glutes it isnt as hard to stimulate.
genetic factor plays a big role for calves plus it being a stubborn muscle to begin with.
you should consider performing high reps for calves
a lot of people mentioned to me that they have seen better results training wit higher reps
