I've done max-ot, HIT, and HST. I'm trying to improve on my deadlifts, squats and bench. I feel I'm pretty weak in those areas. I was thinking about targeting these exercises more often than once a week. What's some other good programs?
EDIT: I was considering trying strong lifts 5x5, but I'm a bit nervous about working my arms directly. And I've heard mixed views on that.
