    Can anyone recommend a workout program?

    I've done max-ot, HIT, and HST. I'm trying to improve on my deadlifts, squats and bench. I feel I'm pretty weak in those areas. I was thinking about targeting these exercises more often than once a week. What's some other good programs?

    EDIT: I was considering trying strong lifts 5x5, but I'm a bit nervous about working my arms directly. And I've heard mixed views on that.

    I am currently doing the 5x5's and I am progressing well. I am only using it on compound movements and except for shoulder/arms day I am only using the 5x5 on my first lift of the day. On shoulder/arm day I use 5x5 on military press and later on for my close grip bench press.
