    Biceps

I am trying to better my workout plan. I currently break things down into 4 different workouts:

    Back/Bis
    Chest/Tris
    Legs
    Shoulders/Traps.

I am seeing gains, but I thought I would have seen more than what I have. I dont want to make a post asking for someone to totally handfeed me exactly what I should be doing, I dont mind digging a little bit and working for it, I am curious to hear though, what you guys favorite excercizes are to add bulk to your biceps? That is one of the areas people comment on telling me I look bigger, but I feel I should be bigger than I am for the ammount of work Ive put into it. What are you guys favorite bicep lifts?

For bi's I usually like to start with straight bar curls and end with concentration curls supinating and flexing hard at the top.

Like most muscle groups though I think it's less important what exercises you do and more important how you perform the exercise and the intensity you perform it.

For me I also notice occasional drop sets leave me feeling nice and exhausted. Really reaching muscle failure also a big focus for me when working bi's.
