I work out 4 days a week weights with 30min Cardio every day. Just started a 6 week Winny cycle 50mg a day. I have been training for about 5 years, What i need is a New Summer Program to get lean ripped. Can anyone give me a great program to follow. Complete with exact exercise sets, reps weights diet cardio
ect.
I Have been doing
Monday- chest Biceps. 30min cardio
Tuesday -shoulder triceps 30min Cardio
wens day- back legs 30 min cardio
2 day brake and start again
My stats:
I am 24 5'9 195 pounds solid 18 inch arms 34-36
waist.
My goal cut down to 175-180 drop t around 32-34 waist. Have less mass and more definition all around.
