Personal Trainer Question.. How much to charge?

I am a trainer and a company wants me to do an assessment for them.

Measurements
weight
Body fat %
etc

then do the same thing 90 days later.

How much would you charge?

Its about 20+ people.

you are in the field man, you are the professional.. it really depends of the city you live in.. what might be the going price in my area might be a lot more of less than the going price in your area.. you know do some research and find a good number.

How long would it take you to do 20+ peoples measurements? How far do you have to drive?

If you drive 60 minutes round trip and it takes you 60 minutes to do 5 people. It would take you 4 hours of checking the people out and 1 hour driving. Having to do this twice you are talking about 10 hours total not to mention the convenience charge of you going to them. If you make normally $25 an hour, multiply that by the 10 hours and maybe add another hundred for teh convenience charge. That would bring it to $300. If you figure that it is going to waste almost 2 full days of your time - you could make the argument that it is worth $500.
