    Going broad ?

    Hi guys,

I just want to know whether the body wont get bulged up. Instead my body has grown broad all over. i know that body will become broad but it has to bulged up as well right. For example i can say my body is getting good physique structure instead of gaining size.

    Please help on this.
    Thanks in advance

You'll need to post a bit more info like diet and routine I think, I'd venture a guess tho and say you're maybe not eating enough, if you're becoming more defined you're losing fat which means you aren't talking in a calorie surplus to build.....or, you're workouts aren't heavy enough weight wise and you're churning up the calories p90x or insanity style instead of utilizing them to build...I'm sure someone with more knowledge could pick apart your diet and workout plan and say what the problem is :-)

    ^^ this sounds about right.

If you're not growing but are becoming more defined, chances are you're losing bodyfat and *hopefully* maintaining muscle mass. Not a bad thing at all by the way.

Based on that assumption being correct, you'll need to take in more calories in order to grow, plain and simple. And/or change your workout routine to something more productive with regard to adding mass - i.e. you have to create the overload environment for your body to respond by growing.
