    only training arms for 6 weeks on next cycle !!

    dont flame me, ive thought long and hard about this. i have done 4 cycles, chest/back/legs gorw nicely however its my 4th cycle and my arms still only sit at 16inches they really lag and there the one place i would love to have BIG ! ive tried it all in the way of training, so say next cycle in about 4/5months i was to do just a quick 6 week cycle of either prop/NPP or try tren for a first time and prop/tren for 6 weeks with a possible oral in there and trained.
    monday: triceps/delts
    tuesday: biceps/forearms
    wednesday:legs
    thursday: triceps/delts
    friday:biceps/forearms
    saterday: legs
    sunday: REST

    surelly then this would make my arms grow alot as all the protein/fats/carbs im consuming would only need to focus on arms ????
    this is only something i would try once and just to see how it goes, it is only 6 weeks and i would like to try get them close to 18 inches this way if possible

    Doing arms 4 days a week doesn't give them any recovery time...how will they grow if you never let them recover?

    im only hitting bicep/tricep 2ce a week, and as i wont be working other body parts my arms would recover slightly quiker and also with aas the recovery time will be even quicker each muscle having at least 72 hours rest before hitting it again

    Pointless buddy!

    The best way is to hit them hard HIT style and less often, 1times a week IMO.

    btw, if you don't have genetic for arms they wont be big even if you do them 3times a day!

    i dont have the genetics full stop really however i have made some good gains now weighing about 93kg's but yea i just want to get much bigger arms, was ever looking into slin post bicep/tricep workout at 6-7iu's, btw it isnt something id do lightly ! just been researching as alot of mates use it with decent gains

    I love how you are the same stats as before your 4 cycles yet everything has grown other than your arms.

    You cannot be serious can you? This makes as much sense as strapping a bike helmet to your knee while riding a bike

    how does it ? i feel if i was to have 6 weeks out from chest/back it would take me 3 to get back to normal in the way of strength and size and its something to try besides its 6 weeks so whats the big deal ? if i was going travelling for 6 weeks and out of traning would that be a big deal

    Are you asking for advice or are you trying to ask a question?

    Either way it seems like you don't want to hear people's thoughts on your split.

    Looks a bit silly to me but go for it, it might work out for you.

    squat more, it will demand more protein synthesis - general benefits to all bodyparts
