dont flame me, ive thought long and hard about this. i have done 4 cycles, chest/back/legs gorw nicely however its my 4th cycle and my arms still only sit at 16inches they really lag and there the one place i would love to have BIG ! ive tried it all in the way of training, so say next cycle in about 4/5months i was to do just a quick 6 week cycle of either prop/NPP or try tren for a first time and prop/tren for 6 weeks with a possible oral in there and trained.
monday: triceps/delts
tuesday: biceps/forearms
wednesday:legs
thursday: triceps/delts
friday:biceps/forearms
saterday: legs
sunday: REST
surelly then this would make my arms grow alot as all the protein/fats/carbs im consuming would only need to focus on arms ????
this is only something i would try once and just to see how it goes, it is only 6 weeks and i would like to try get them close to 18 inches this way if possible
