    Can't do db flys properly

A guy pointed out to me in the gym that my right arm goes a lot farther down than my left, I had my friend watch me to confirm. I've always done flys the same way and its always felt natural. Are there any stretches I can do to help my rom?

Practice flys with moderate weight not heavy with stretching more. With good form. Concentrate on form for a while by not going heavy. Stand at a stationary pole , doorway and keep stretching often during your day /night. Good luck ...crazy mike

Dumbbell flys have always been an awkward exercise for me, and as it has been said in this thread, de-loading and perfecting form is the best way to go about it.
