    bigger arms......

I know this has prob been asked a 1000 times..... but I struggle with arms!
My biceps dont seem to start till about an inch and half after elbow joint, so when I've got a t-shirt on it looks like I've got pencil thin arms.
I always train strict and go full range (99%) of time! My tri's are all so very high up arm.... is there any tips to surpass this or should I just roll my sleeves up to my shoulders lol.

The key to a better looking upper arm is triceps. That's what makes the section look big. Focus on Triceps.

You have the same bicep insertions as mine, the trick is to do wide grip barbell curls rather then dumbbell curls because it's harder to see the bicep peak with long insertions. Also as the above posted has stated, triceps are what make thick arms look thick. Try doing close grip bench presses, they made my triceps explode.

I started doing heavy pinwheels 3x3-5 and seen some great peak gains.

Sounds like to want more length to your biceps. Adding more peak will increase this effect of having almost an empty spot where the elbow joint meets the bicep... you should work on full extension hammer curl. I like to bring the weight down slow on the neg and tip my wrist down at full neg extension to start the contraction from the point of maximum stretch. I also like to do bottom halg reps in between full contractions. Example would be like - full curl, half rep (bottom half) x3, full curl, half rep x3, full rep etc... I alalways play around with different grips and suppinations when curling and always 110% of the time I fully extend on the negative. Nobody wants a blank spot on the arms

Cheers guys.... tbh I find doing biceps a little bit tedious... although I really enjoy tri's.... close grip b/p, kick backs and ropes spur me on.

    What are pinwheels btw??
